You choose how you appear in the community.

The portal stores profile and education information to operate the alumni network. Login credentials are stored as password hashes. Profile visibility can be set to private or visible to signed-in members. Imported profiles begin as private.

Authorized alumni-office staff can review member records, registrations and support requests. Member directory API responses do not include email addresses or telephone numbers. Administrative exports are permission-controlled and logged.

For a correction, privacy request or account help, contact the alumni office. This page describes current portal behavior; institutional retention periods and the final institutional privacy policy must be supplied by the university.
