The portal stores profile and education information needed to operate the alumni network.
Your account and profile
Login credentials are stored as password hashes. Profile visibility can be set to private or visible to signed-in members. Imported profiles begin as private.
Who can access information
Authorized alumni-office staff can review member records, registrations and support requests. Member directory API responses do not include email addresses or telephone numbers.
Corrections and requests
Administrative exports are permission-controlled and logged. For a correction, privacy request or account help, contact the alumni office.
